Real Estate Prelicense Classroom Style

We offer Accelerated Real Estate Prelicense classes which are eight (8) full business days from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This 60 hour prelicense course is required for most new licensees if you don’t meet the equivalency requirements of the Real Estate Commission. We encourage you to register early and pickup and review your book so you will be fully prepared.

Russell Chee

Real Estate Prelicense Instructor
Russell is a licensed attorney and has practiced corporate and real estate law in Hawaii since 1979. As Vice President and Legal Counsel for Security Title Corporation, Russell specialized in escrow and title insurance matters, and due to his tenure as Contracts Manager for Hilton Grand Vacations Company, Russell has knowledge of the time share industry. Russell’s experience also includes a Realty Specialist position with the Department of the Navy, where he worked on the Ford Island Development and military housing privatization projects. Russell has previously taught Salesperson and Broker courses for Stapleton’s Hawaii Institute of Real Estate. Russell lives in Aina Haina, and he enjoys running, music, and Pac 10 college football.

Cheryl Dillon

Real Estate School Principal and Hawaii Real Estate Broker
Cheryl is a Real Estate Broker in Hawaii and Principal of All Islands Real Estate School. Cheryl was previously an instructor with Hawaii Pacific University and has an MBA from Chaminade University. Education is extremely important to have and she continues to seek venues and learning opportunities for real estate agents
